Service Family A
Complete a prescriptive intake. The Renderspace team generates 25, 50, or 100 organized design concepts — no prompting, sorting, or freelancer management on your side.
Service Family B
Start from an approved concept. The Renderspace team produces professional 2D plans and, when purchased, human-produced photorealistic renderings for client and HOA/design-review presentations.
Done-for-you concept generation. You do not need to learn prompting, generate images personally, or manage a freelancer. Complete the intake; the Renderspace team interprets the brief and delivers an organized package.
Each standard pack covers one project at one property. Separate properties typically require separate packs.
High-resolution PNG concepts (1080p minimum), an organized PDF, and optional contractor branding on the PDF.
Use delivered concepts for client presentations, proposals, mailers, ads, social, websites, and sales collateral.
Packs must be used within 90 days of purchase. The delivery clock begins only after payment and after the Renderspace team confirms required files and instructions are complete and usable.

Human Polish can produce an HOA submission-ready presentation package — designed to support HOA and design-review submissions with human-produced plans and visuals based on the property survey, approved concept, and project information you supply.

Human Polish does not replace architects, engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, or permit professionals.
Required disclaimer: Human Polish packages are intended for visualization, client presentation, and HOA/design-review support. They do not include architectural, structural, civil, or engineering services; professional seals; permit drawings; construction documents; or code-compliance certification.
Delivery dates are accepted based on current production capacity. Rush availability is confirmed before we promise the date.
The delivery clock begins only after payment has been completed and the Renderspace team confirms that required files and instructions are complete and usable.
Rush cannot be promised automatically. If your presentation date is fixed, submit the intake early or request a quick capacity check.
We do not use fake countdowns or invented scarcity. Capacity language reflects real production availability.
Risk reversal
Renderspace produces the first 5, 10, or 15 concepts before completing the remaining pack. If that first batch materially fails to follow the written brief the customer approved, the customer may notify Renderspace within 24 hours. Renderspace will correct the direction once at no additional charge before producing the remaining concepts.

Not covered
AI Render Packs do not include open-ended revision rounds. Build-Ready packages include defined combined revision rounds (two for Essentials 2D; three for Essentials 3D). A new design direction is not a revision.
